This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users, resellers, partners, and visitors (“Users”) accessing or using the DigiBioLink platform, tools, digital cards, NFC-enabled services, web interfaces, and associated technologies operated under DigiBioLink (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using DigiBioLink, you agree to comply with this Policy. Unauthorized use of DigiBioLink’s intellectual property or infringement of others’ IP rights may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or other remedies.

1. Ownership of DigiBioLink Intellectual Property

All materials created, published, or provided by DigiBioLink—including but not limited to:

- Platform technology & backend systems
- Web interfaces, design layouts, card templates
- Branding assets, logos, icons, trade dress
- Documentation, marketing materials, UI/UX elements
- Text, graphics, illustrations, animations, and digital assets
- Custom QR systems, NFC mapping logic, database structures

are the exclusive intellectual property of DigiBioLink or its licensors.

Users, resellers, and partners may not copy, reproduce, replicate, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any DigiBioLink intellectual property without explicit written permission.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may upload or publish content to the DigiBioLink platform, including:

- Profile information
- Images, brand assets, logos, and videos
- Text descriptions, business information, and links
- PDFs, documents, or media used in their digital card

Users warrant that:

- They own the necessary rights to all content they upload
- Their content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights
- They have secured permissions where applicable

License to DigiBioLink

By uploading content, you grant DigiBioLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of:

- Operating your digital card
- Hosting and serving your card content
- Providing platform features and analytics
- Improving service functionality

DigiBioLink does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

3. Trademarks

The following elements are protected trademarks:

- DigiBioLink name and logo
- Branding variations, product labels, identity marks
- Associated taglines, service labels, or visual identity sets

You may not use DigiBioLink trademarks in ways that may:

- Misrepresent your association with DigiBioLink
- Cause consumer confusion
- Be used in domain names, ads, or marketing without permission
- Imitate DigiBioLink branding for competing products

Resellers and PRO Service Providers may receive additional branding permissions under written agreements.

4. Prohibited Use of DigiBioLink IP

Users, partners, and third parties are strictly prohibited from:

- Copying or cloning platform features, templates, or designs
- Creating competing platforms using DigiBioLink assets
- Reselling DigiBioLink materials as their own
- Using DigiBioLink intellectual property outside the platform
- Modifying, distributing, or reproducing platform assets without permission
- Extracting code, scripts, or functional systems

Any attempt to replicate DigiBioLink’s product infrastructure, design system, or operational workflows is considered infringement.

5. Reporting Copyright or Trademark Violations

If you believe someone is infringing your copyrighted content through DigiBioLink, please submit a formal notice to:

A valid copyright complaint must include:

- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted material
- URL or location of the infringing content
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
- A declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury
- Your digital or physical signature

Upon verification, DigiBioLink may remove the content, suspend the user, or take further action.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may face:

- Suspension of publishing privileges
- Permanent account termination
- Banning from future use of DigiBioLink services
- Termination of reseller or partner relationships

DigiBioLink maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance on repeated infringement.

7. Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to an IP complaint and you believe the action was in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

- Your identification and signature
- Description of the removed content
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction where DigiBioLink operates

DigiBioLink will review the claim and reinstate content if legally justified.

8. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Some DigiBioLink features incorporate third-party tools or resources. Users must comply with the licensing terms of those external services.

DigiBioLink is not responsible for:

- Unauthorized or unlawful use of third-party assets by users
- IP disputes arising from user-imported materials

9. Changes to This Policy

DigiBioLink reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and become effective immediately.
