Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DigiBioLink, we aim to provide a reliable, high-quality platform for creating digital profiles, link-in-bio pages, NFC-enabled business cards, and client management solutions. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle refund and cancellation requests transparently and fairly.

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations apply to our services, subscriptions, reseller accounts, and one-time setup offerings.

1. General Policy

Refunds depend on:

- The type of service purchased
- The payment model (subscription or one-time)
- Usage status and progress of work

Not all purchases qualify for full or partial refunds. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Services

- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing but access remains active until the end of the current paid cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods unless otherwise agreed.

b. One-Time Setup Services / Design Services

- Cancellations can be requested before onboarding begins or within 48 hours of placing the order (whichever comes first).
- If work (design, setup, activation, customization) has already begun, only a partial refund may be issued based on time spent and resources used.
- Completed or delivered work is non-refundable.

c. Reseller Packages & PRO Accounts

Refunds for reseller upgrades, bulk client allocations, or PRO account activations follow these rules:

- If activation has not begun, a full refund may be issued.
- If reseller tools, codes, or workspaces have already been provisioned, only a partial refund may be eligible.
- Used reseller client slots are non-refundable.

d. Third-Party Tool Access / Lifetime Licenses

Some DigiBioLink offerings include access to tools licensed from external providers.

Once such access is issued or activated:

- The purchase becomes non-refundable, except in cases of product discontinuation (covered in Section 5).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email to:

Please include:

- Your full name and registered email
- Client ID or Reseller ID (if applicable)
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Description of your issue
- Screenshots or documentation (if needed)

We will respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refunds for “Lifetime” Access or Discontinued Products

For one-time purchases or lifetime access linked to a third-party service:

- “Lifetime” refers to the product’s supported lifetime, not the customer’s lifetime.
- If a third-party provider retires a product or discontinues access, DigiBioLink will offer:

- An alternative equivalent service (where possible), or
- A pro-rated refund for the unused portion, based on an assumed service lifespan (e.g., 3 years).

6. Processing Time & Method

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank or payment gateway.

DigiBioLink is not responsible for delays caused by intermediary financial institutions.

7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

- Filing a dispute without contacting us first may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
- Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be reported to financial institutions and may involve legal action where applicable.

8. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

Refunds are not offered for:

- Services delivered or partially completed
- Custom design, custom integrations, or specialized development
- Payments made to or through external resellers or affiliates (contact them directly)
- Digital products after access credentials or client slots have been issued
- Any refund requests submitted beyond the allowed window (except for discontinued products)
